Blondie’s Salon & Spa is seeking a licensed and experienced Massage Therapist to join our spa team. In this role, you will deliver customized, high-quality massage services designed to support guest wellness, relaxation, and recovery. Requirements
- Current Indiana Massage Therapy License or Certification
- Strong communication skills and client rapport
- Ability to recommend services and home care products with confidence

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations using Blondie’s standardized consultation framework
- Create personalized treatment plans based on client needs and preferences
- Educate guests on products and services to support ongoing wellness
- Document guest preferences, products used, and recommended follow-up treatments
- Encourage return visits through personalized recommendations and follow-up communication
- With guest permission, capture service photos for marketing and engagement
- Participate in guest relationship-building initiatives such as thank-you notes, check-in calls, and seasonal gifts
- Use internal systems and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality guest service
- Attend monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with spa leadership
- Submit a coaching reflection form one week prior to each session
- Track daily service performance and align with team-wide goals
- Attend all paid education sessions provided by Blondie’s
- Proactively seek additional educational opportunities to refine technique and expand services
- Use downtime to review product and ingredient knowledge
- Participate in team-based learning and collaborative professional development
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation at all times
- Restock all supplies needed for services and transport laundry to designated areas daily
- Ensure all common areas remain neat, professional, and guest-ready
- Maintain a professional social media presence showcasing your services and specialty
- Share relevant photos and content a minimum of twice per week
- Participate in business-building efforts, marketing campaigns, and salon/spa events
