About The Position

Mandalay Bay is looking for a Massage Therapist to join their team of wellness professionals. This role involves providing personalized treatments in a calm, welcoming spa environment on the Las Vegas Strip. The focus is on connection, comfort, and ensuring guests relax, recharge, and feel cared for. The position requires a skill, attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset.

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a massage therapist in a spa or salon environment
• 1+ years of prior relevant guest service experience
• Must currently hold a valid Nevada issued Massage Therapy License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Ensure guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in massage modalities including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue and related body services per treatment and department protocols
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
