About The Position

Renew Massage Studio is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join their Denver team. The ideal candidate is passionate about massage, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and creating an experience that encourages repeat business. Renew Massage Studio is a locally owned, non-corporate studio founded by a female LMT, designed to support therapists while valuing their individual skills. The studio offers modern, uniquely decorated treatment rooms with electric lift tables, high-quality organic products, and environmentally responsible practices. Therapists benefit from paid setup and turnover time. The studio was voted Denver's Best Massage Studio by Best of Mile High in 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Requirements

• Valid Colorado massage therapy license and insurance.
• Reliability and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to provide varying levels of pressure, including Deep Tissue techniques.
• Genuine interest in developing relationships with clients and encouraging long-term client retention.

Nice To Haves

• Experience is preferred, but newer massage therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage services to clients.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs.
• Create an exceptional client experience that encourages rebooking.
• Build lasting relationships with clients.
• Perform specialized services such as CBD Cupping, Hot Salt Stones, Prenatal Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
• Prepare for clients and reset between appointments with paid setup and turnover time.

• Compensation of $32.00–$42.00 per massage service hour, before tips.
• Compensation includes hourly wages plus commission.
