About The Position

Park MGM is looking for a Massage Therapist to join their team of wellness professionals. This role involves providing personalized treatments to help guests relax and recharge in a supportive spa environment. The focus is on skill, attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset to create a calm and welcoming escape on the Las Vegas Strip.

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a massage therapist in a spa or salon environment
• 1+ years of prior relevant guest service experience
• Must currently hold a valid Nevada issued Massage Therapy License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Ensure guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in massage modalities including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue and related body services per treatment and department protocols
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
