About The Position
Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood. We have part time opportunities available. Hours will vary between 8:30am and 8:00pm, weekdays & 1 weekend a week requirement.
Requirements
- State of Illinois Massage Certificate required
- Minimum of one year experience, ideally in a luxury spa setting preferred
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
- Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa
- Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service
- Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
- Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
- Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring products recommend for their home care
