Requirements
- Massage Therapist with a current and active license/certification in WI
- One year of Massage Therapy experience is required.
- If a state standard exists that is higher than these education/experience requirements, the state standard supersedes these qualifications.
Nice To Haves
- Hospice massage therapy experience preferred but employer happy to train!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ascertain whether individuals would benefit from Massage Therapy.
- Communicates with the IDG regarding the patient’s condition/status and progress toward goals.
- Completes and submits accurate and timely documentation of massage therapy services provided.
- Fulfills the obligation of requested and/or accepted case assignments.
- Provide assessments that will cover a patient's needs and collaborates with IDG to cater the plan of care to the patient.
