Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Massage Therapy program
Current, active Licensed Massage Therapist license/registration
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting
Valid driver's license with insured, reliable transportation
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and stay organized

Nice To Haves

Hospice experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide Licensed Massage Therapy assessments, treatments, and ongoing evaluations for hospice patients under an approved Plan of Care
Develop and update individualized massage therapy care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and submit documentation in a timely manner
Communicate care plans, progress, and changes with physicians, Clinical Team Leads, caregivers, and hospice staff
Notify the office promptly of schedule changes or physician order updates
Deliver exceptional service to patients, families, referral sources, and colleagues, supporting a consistently high standard of care
