Requirements

State of Wisconsin Massage Certificate required
The ability to walk or stand the majority of each shift along with lifting up to 25 pounds
6+ years' experience in licensed field
Acts as Lead in respective area within Kohler Waters Spa
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Prior luxury spa setting experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Serve as the department lead with weekly designated administrative time combined with service time.
Supervise department staff – this includes performance feedback, goal setting, training and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate communication.
Manage schedules/appointments of associates.
Conduct interviews, onboard new associates, conduct 90-day and annual performance reviews, and effectively performance manage associates.
Assist in managing the department budget by providing data, reports, and documentation.
Set sales goals for respective department and associates to help drive revenue in retail.
When providing services, operate at or above Level 5 Therapist expectations or above.
Ensure all associates are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles.
Serve on the Operations Team and participate in management training sessions and outside educational opportunities.
Participates in new hire service training and/or mentoring.
Participates in spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs).
