About The Position

Join Suncore as a Masonry Operations Manager! Under the direction of the area manager, the masonry operations manager is primarily responsible for the coordination, production and safe delivery of masonry products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with applicable masonry operations training and experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills.
• Ability to review and analyze financial information.
• Strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to maintain agreeable relationships with vendors, employees, and customers.
• Maintain insurable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science degree with masonry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visualize, define, plan, communicate, and implement the company vision and core values.
• Manage and provide training for masonry personnel and customers.
• Oversee the production and verify the quality of all product being delivered.
• Monitor employee training and certification.
• Maintain division recruiting, hiring, promotion, and corrective action.
• Assist in customer service through job-site visits.
• Coordinate trouble shooting of masonry problems related to production and delivery.
• Advise area manager when employee and customer situations are beyond scope of authority.
• Maintain active involvement with industry related associations.
• Prepare and submit reports as required.
• Review, understand, and adhere to all union contracts.
• Maintain insurable driving record.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
