About The Position

This role is responsible for enabling effective communications between management and employees, maintaining a clean and safe workplace in accordance with company policies, and performing related duties as assigned to support operations. The Masking Inspector will create cutouts from Catia models for new and old parts, inspect the masking on completed jobs, and track jobs to the next process. This position also involves assisting the masking department when needed, performing masking verification for new parks from the quality dashboard, and contacting customers for blueprints and Catia models. The role requires keeping blueprint revisions current and has the potential to perform PS 20722 Boeing tasks, enhance masking skills, and obtain a Level 2 certificate.

Requirements

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (Required)
Intimate masking knowledge of all the parts in the department
Basic understanding of computers
Good Oral and written communication skills
Basic math skills
Excellent problem-solving techniques
In-depth knowledge of industry specifications
