About The Position
Responsible for shielding the surfaces of parts that do not require processing. This role involves processing parts according to shop work orders and applicable specifications and drawings, following instructions from a supervisor, and ensuring the integrity of incoming parts. The Masker will also manage hazardous materials safely and complete all necessary paperwork.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
- Vision (Near, Distance)
- Sense of Sound - Able to hear average conversations
- Sense of Touch
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Safety Glasses
- Standing for long periods of time
- Must meet ITAR requirements prior to employment.
Responsibilities
- Shielding the surfaces of parts that do not require processing.
- Process parts according to shop work order and applicable specifications and drawings.
- Follow instructions from supervisor pertaining to specific instructions or tasks.
- Ensure integrity of incoming parts (damage, scratches, etc.).
- Complete work order and all necessary paperwork according to job, drawings and specifications.
- Manage hazardous materials safely and in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Compensation Range $18.50 - $19.60 (DOE)
