About The Position

Pine Lake Corn Processors (PLCP) is seeking a dedicated Mash Prep Operator to join our growing operation in Central Iowa’s ag processing industry. If you are safety-minded, mechanically inclined, and take pride in maintaining high operational standards, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

Demonstrates strong initiative, effort, and commitment to completing work efficiently and accurately.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stay organized, adapt to change, and manage multiple tasks.
Basic math skills for routine operational requirements.
Able to work safely in elevated or challenging environments (e.g., catwalks, confined spaces).
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, stretch, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
Requires core strength and stability to perform physical tasks over time.
Possible exposure to agricultural environments, outdoor conditions, and ag products.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.

Responsibilities

Safely operate, monitor, clean, and maintain process equipment.
Collect and analyze production and process samples to verify quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and warehouse environment.
Assist with general equipment operation, facility upkeep, and routine maintenance.
Participate in required safety training and ongoing job-related development.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and conduct standards.
Represent PLCP professionally within the workplace and community.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.
