About The Position

Apply Digital's Marketing Services division is a rapidly expanding full-service Martech team with team members in the US, Europe, LATAM, and Asia. As a personalization agency, they bridge the gap between creative, marketing, and strategy, specializing in cross-channel content strategy, creation, and distribution (email, paid social, push, SMS), and MarTech implementations. The company works with 50+ clients, ranging from companies like YETI, Upside, and Nutrafol to established marquee brands like A+E Networks, Afterpay, and Stanley Black & Decker. The role is for a full-time MarTech Implementation Consultant.

Requirements

2+ years of software implementation support experience
5+ years of experience in client or key stakeholder interaction
5+ years of work experience in a corporate setting
Platform experience with Iterable, Braze, Sailthru, Cordial, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Responsys, Cheetahmail, Simondata, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with cross-functional teams including engineers, executives, and stakeholders
Possesses mastery of communication, organization, and project coordination with a proven track record of effective routing and handoff
Has strong email etiquette and can communicate with testing, QA, and updates directly with clients
Familiarity with JSON or SQL
Ability to clearly articulate/present technical topics to a non-technical audience
Has excellent attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Is a people person and has a good attitude, friendly, and thrives in a team environment
Has worked in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Wrike, Trello)
Is a self-starter and motivated

Nice To Haves

Braze Onboarding Consultant Certification
Experience with CDPs (Segment, Tealium, Treasure Data, mParticle) and/or marketing + product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
Direct technical integration experience working inside a codebase
Has knowledge of how APIs work and proficiency in making GET and POST calls
Has an understanding of an IP Warmup - including strategy, planning, and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

Lead implementations across growth marketing platforms including Braze, Iterable, Segment, Talon.One, Hightouch, and more
Develop a complete understanding of how each platform works
Shadow other MarTech Implementation Consultants to learn the nuances of integration
Guide each client through the implementation process
Customize the deliverables and dates according to the specific project
Ensure a successful implementation
Effectively manage all Ragnarok deliverables and communications with the client
Consult with customers on their marketing use case in order to advise on the set-up and execution of their program in the platform
