About The Position

Implementation Consultant (Remote) Location: Remote (with occasional travel up to 20%) - must be based in Brazil Company: Intelex Technologies Why Join Intelex? What You’ll Do? As a trusted advisor, you’ll guide customers through the entire implementation lifecycle—from requirements gathering to go-live. You’ll work with mid-market and enterprise clients across diverse industries, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical implementation consulting experience with SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with software configuration and integrations, including basic coding (e.g., XML/HTML).
• Strong understanding of cloud technology principles.
• Proven ability to analyze complex challenges and deliver practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences in ENGLISH
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with platforms like Datamaran, Enhesa, Verisk, or Workday.
• Experience configuring solutions across multiple devices (desktop, mobile).

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for new and existing customers, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings (remote and onsite) to capture requirements and review configurations.
• Configure SaaS solutions, conduct testing, and support User Acceptance Testing.
• Deliver tailored training programs to customer teams.
• Manage change orders and provide recommendations for scope or timeline adjustments.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
• Assist support teams with resolving configuration issues post-implementation.
