Under the direction of a project lead, configure systems from end-to-end, troubleshooting of errors, and quality assurance testing as required. Lead or participate in functionality delivery sessions with the clients. Participate in project walkthroughs, business requirements gathering, design walkthroughs, and implementation sessions as required. Flag and report potential problematic or out of scope requests from clients. Technical investigation of client issues, detailed initial troubleshooting before escalating issues to the Development team. Enable successful go-lives by acting as the first line of QA before UAT with a client and final implementation. Assist with performing integrated system testing when new features are applied to a client system. Assist the Support desk as needed to solve complex system tickets. Other duties as assigned.
