About The Position

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation of our most strategic clients and delivering Implementation as a Service, training, workshops, and education sessions during customer engagements. In addition to ensuring timely launch dates and high levels of customer satisfaction, this role will also take a leadership role in projects that bridge the divide between external stakeholders (the client), internal stakeholders (project team and other Spreedly business partners), and third-party providers. The person who fills this role will help us lead complex, multi-layered global implementations for Fortune 500 clients, acting as a strategic consultant to enable Spreedlyâs infrastructure in support of the client's long-term digital transformation goals. The ideal candidate for this role will have a clear understanding of how the technology works, how systems integrate, project management, and the payments industry.

Requirements

3+ years of customer-facing implementation project management experience, including experience working with large enterprise clients on technology-driven onboarding/implementation
Experience in the payments industry and/or working with payments technologies is a must
Strong fundamental understanding of APIs, SDKs, and how complex systems integrate
Ability to think and plan strategically, along with the initiative to execute tactically
Expert level of organization and attention to detail as well as strong interpersonal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand and translate complex technical detail across all project stakeholders with clarity
Strong customer service skills and commitment to meet or exceed customer expectations
Ability to travel as needed and required by the client and/or business (up to 10%)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Account Management) to drive high-complexity implementations and meet aggressive enterprise go-live dates.
Own the end-to-end delivery process for implementations after contract signature, utilizing standardized project management methodologies to ensure technical accuracy, timely go-lives, and long-term client success
Work closely with the customer, sales engineering and account management to understand customer requirements and manage expectations
Create comprehensive project plans, including critical milestones, dependencies, and aggressive enterprise go-live dates
Develop and execute strategic communication plans and meeting agendas that align stakeholder objectives with project milestones, ensuring long-term relationship health and project success.
Maintain regular correspondence with project stakeholders to facilitate on-going status updates, relationship management & proactive technical/functional guidance
Communicate relevant client feedback to Spreedly product management, engineering, operations, sales and marketing functions
Deliver regular reporting regarding implementation metrics across all onboarding channels
