About The Position

As a Martech Developer- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sales and marketing initiatives within our Internal Firm Services practice. Your focus will be on enhancing brand visibility, promoting the firm's services, and capturing new business opportunities through innovative digital marketing and creative campaigns. You will be responsible for selecting, implementing, and administering software that supports marketing, sales, consulting, or communications functions, optimizing technology use to drive business growth and improve customer engagement. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You will be accountable for coaching team members, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion, confirming collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Requirements

  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience

Nice To Haves

  • Preference for a Bachelor's degree
  • Applying hands-on experience with Adobe MarTech platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager, CDPs, marketing automation technologies, Adobe Data Collection, data layers, analytics instrumentation, and Web SDK exposure
  • Demonstrating frontend and enterprise CMS/DXP implementation experience, including modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, DOM manipulation, event handling, client-side debugging, AEM component-level implementation, templates, content structures, and authoring impacts
  • Excelling in analytical thinking and business analysis
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM Analytics
  • Utilizing marketing automation software for strategic planning
  • Implementing process optimization and technology solutions
  • Leading project management with a focus on profitable growth
  • Mentoring teams in data quality assessment and validation
