Leads the design and application of AI within the MarTech & AdTech ecosystems, serving as both a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner who translates emerging AI capabilities into scalable marketing solutions. Defines agent roles, scopes, and inter-agent orchestration to enable seamless automation across content, workflow, and decisioning processes, while ensuring responsible and effective use of generative AI. Partners closely with business, technology, data and modeling, and risk stakeholders to advance Marketing AI practices through governance frameworks and AI councils, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, compliance, and ethical AI use. Drives innovation and adoption by embedding AI into core marketing platforms and workflows, accelerating efficiency, personalization, and customer impact while continuously evolving capabilities in line with industry advancements. This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week.
