About The Position

As a Martech – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets - Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering innovative technology solutions to clients, focusing on seamless integration and efficient project execution. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will manage the end-to-end delivery process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful technology implementations. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating and developing your team to deliver quality outcomes. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience

Responsibilities

Leading the implementation and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets projects to meet client needs

Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored technology solutions
Overseeing the development of user stories and product roadmaps to guide project delivery

Encouraging team development by mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills
