In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring projects move smoothly from discovery through delivery while creating exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Background working as a Business Analyst within Agile development environments.
  • Proven experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Workfront.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale digital experience platforms and content management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and requirements.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops.
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, UX teams, and product stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Help prioritize and refine backlogs to support successful Agile delivery.
  • Participate in sprint planning, standups, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Support user acceptance testing and validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly documented, traceable, and aligned with project objectives.
