About The Position
This is a full-time, remote position for a Marriage and Family Therapist. The role involves managing a structured caseload, providing video-based therapy, and maintaining organized documentation within an outpatient telehealth model. The focus is on direct clinical work.
Requirements
- Active Minnesota license as LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
- Strong ability to structure and manage remote workdays
Nice To Haves
- Prior outpatient or telehealth experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled teletherapy sessions
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing clinical reviews
- Develop and refine treatment plans with clients
- Keep clear, timely notes in the EMR
- Join virtual team and clinical gatherings as needed
