About The Position
This is a full-time, remote position for a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Blaine, MN. The role involves managing a structured caseload and providing video-based therapy within an outpatient telehealth model. The therapist will be responsible for direct clinical work, maintaining organized documentation, and participating in virtual team and clinical gatherings.
Requirements
- Active Minnesota license as LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
Nice To Haves
- Prior outpatient or telehealth experience is a plus
- Strong ability to structure and manage remote workdays
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled teletherapy sessions
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing clinical reviews
- Develop and refine treatment plans with clients
- Keep clear, timely notes in the EMR
- Join virtual team and clinical gatherings as needed
