About The Position

We’re Zulay Kitchen, an e-commerce brand built on great products, smart execution, and a little kitchen happiness. We’ve built a strong online business, and now we’re looking for someone to help us expand our presence across new retail and e-commerce platforms. We move fast, think big, and want people who take ownership of their results.

We’re looking for a Marketplaces Manager to grow Zulay Kitchen’s business across third-party retail websites and online marketplaces. You’ll be responsible for managing existing marketplace accounts, identifying new opportunities, launching products on new platforms, and driving sales growth. We need someone who is organized, commercially minded, and knows how to turn marketplace opportunities into real revenue.

Requirements

• Experience managing third-party retail websites, online marketplaces, or e-commerce retailer accounts.
• Understanding of product onboarding, catalog management, and online retail operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects independently.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with platforms like Macy’s, Faire, or similar retail and wholesale marketplaces.
• Experience working with EDI, retailer portals, and retailer-specific operational requirements.
• Experience expanding a consumer product brand into new retail channels.

Responsibilities

• Grow Marketplace Sales: Develop strategies to increase revenue across our existing retail and e-commerce marketplace accounts.
• Manage Retailer Accounts: Own day-to-day relationships, account requirements, product assortment, and performance across assigned platforms.
• Launch New Products: Coordinate product onboarding, listings, pricing, images, descriptions, and catalog setup.
• Expand Our Reach: Research and identify new online retailers and marketplaces where Zulay Kitchen products could succeed.
• Optimize Performance: Monitor sales, product visibility, inventory, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate Operations: Work with our supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to support orders, inventory availability, promotions, and retailer requirements.
• Maintain Account Health: Ensure listings, product information, pricing, and operational requirements stay accurate and up to date.
• Build Relationships: Communicate with marketplace partners and retailer contacts to support growth and resolve issues.
