About The Position

Tuvoli is building the backbone of business aviation commerce.

Private aviation has operated the same way for decades—fragmented systems, manual workflows, and unnecessary friction between brokers, operators, and payments. We are changing that.

Tuvoli is launching the first true global distribution system (GDS) for air charter. Our platform connects operators, brokers, and payments into a single, seamless marketplace—reducing transaction friction and redefining how charter is bought and sold.

This is not an incremental improvement. This is infrastructure for an entire industry.

The Role

We are looking for a Marketplace Manager to lead day-to-day operations of Tuvoli’s marketplace as we bring our global distribution system to life.

This role will be based at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and will play a critical part in building and managing a high-performance team of aviation-focused students and early-career professionals.

You will not just manage a marketplace. You will help shape how an entire industry transacts—and you will develop the people who will carry that transformation forward.

Requirements

• You have deep, hands-on experience sourcing air charter aircraft and understand the realities of the market
• You are highly proficient with modern software tools and comfortable operating in a technology-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Tuvoli’s marketplace, ensuring seamless execution across sourcing, quoting, and fulfillment workflows
• Lead and mentor a team responsible for aircraft sourcing, trip support, and marketplace operations
• Build structured processes that scale—turning fragmented, manual workflows into efficient, repeatable systems
• Work closely with brokers and operators to ensure high-quality supply, responsiveness, and reliability across the platform
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to continuously improve the marketplace experience and operational tooling
• Help define what “great” looks like in a real-time, tech-enabled charter environment—and hold the team to that standard
• Develop and coach Embry-Riddle students into high-performing contributors, building a pipeline of future Tuvoli leaders
• Bring energy, accountability, and ownership to a fast-moving environment where execution matters
