About The Position

MTSI is seeking a Marketplace Contracting Specialist to manage contracting aspects of vendor onboarding for the Uncrewed Systems Marketplace, with a primary focus on Navy requirements. The role coordinates the establishment and execution of Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs), handles Commercial Solutions for Classified (C4S) and Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) processes, and coordinates with vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and other critical contracting information. The specialist ensures contracting actions comply with established procedures and supports efficient vendor integration into the Marketplace.

The specialist collaborates with Vendor Engagement and Storefront teams to support the transition from contracting to product listing and order execution. The role also coordinates BOA awards, updates to terms and conditions, and order execution with Army Contracting Command (ACC), the Product Director Office (PdO), and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship.
• An active Secret-level clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, contract management, acquisition, or a related field.
• Experience with federal contracting, especially BOAs, C4S, and CSO processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply contracting policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Experience working with vendors and coordinating detailed contractual information.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Navy or DoD acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor-onboarding contracting actions, including initiating, tracking, and completing BOAs.
• Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of C4S and CSO agreements as part of vendor onboarding.
• Communicate with vendors to gather and validate pricing, lead times, and other contractual details required for Marketplace participation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for contracting actions, agreements, and vendor communications.
• Collaborate with Vendor Engagement and Storefront teams to support the transition from contracting to product listing and order execution.
• Guide vendors on contracting requirements, terms and conditions, and compliance with Navy and Marketplace policies.
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the contracting portion of onboarding and support process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with BOA awards, updates to terms and conditions, and order execution in collaboration with ACC, PdO, and other stakeholders.
