About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the intake, tracking, and distribution of marketing project requests, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials. The coordinator will also assist with administrative tasks, budget processing, and scheduling to support the marketing team's operations.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or administrative support required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with workflow or project management software (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake, tracking, and distribution of all marketing project requests
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and follow up on deadlines with internal teams and vendors
  • Maintain project management systems and department schedules
  • Coordinate communication between marketing, creative, digital, and operations teams
  • Track deliverables for advertising, signage, and campaign materials
  • Assist with budget and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support scheduling of meetings, photo/video shoots, and production timelines
  • Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned
