About The Position

CTG is seeking an experienced Marketing Technology Data Architect to lead the strategy, design, and governance of enterprise marketing data ecosystems. This role will drive the architecture that enables customer intelligence, analytics, Customer 360 initiatives, personalization, attribution, and omnichannel engagement across modern marketing technology platforms.

  • 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data platform design.
  • Strong experience designing large-scale cloud-based marketing data ecosystems.
  • Expertise in customer data, attribution, segmentation, personalization, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience architecting integrations across CRM, CDP, analytics, and activation platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of data modeling methodologies and modern data architecture patterns.
  • Proven success leading enterprise architecture initiatives and influencing technology strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related discipline required.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

  • Master's degree and cloud or enterprise architecture certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the end-to-end data architecture strategy for the marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Design scalable customer data solutions supporting identity resolution, segmentation, attribution, and personalization.
  • Architect integrations across Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, cloud data platforms, and marketing activation tools.
  • Establish enterprise standards for data modeling, governance, quality, privacy, and security.
  • Design batch, streaming, and event-driven data architectures that support real-time customer engagement.
  • Enable advanced analytics, business intelligence, AI/ML, and campaign optimization initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, engineering, and enterprise architecture teams to align technology roadmaps and business objectives.
  • Lead architecture reviews, governance forums, and strategic technology decision-making.
