About The Position

Proskauer is seeking an experienced Marketing Technology Coordinator to support the Firm’s client relationship management (CRM) platform, InterAction, and its email marketing platform, Vuture. This role plays a critical part in strengthening client development, enhancing communications, and advancing the Firm’s digital presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Three years of InterAction experience and one year of eMarketing experience, Vuture preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office applications – advanced proficiency with Excel preferred
  • Strong attention to detail & highly organized
  • Ability to work independently, meet multiple tight deadlines and deliver detailed and accurate work product.
  • This position will require physical presence in Proskauer’s offices on a regular basis (at least 3x per week, or more, if it becomes the policy of the Firm or as business needs require).

Responsibilities

  • CRM (InterAction) Review and validate daily contact updates in the Data Change Management Inbox.
  • Maintain accurate and complete data for the Firm’s top clients and personnel by building subsidiary company trees, researching new contacts, and performing periodic data checks.
  • Process employee hires and departures in the CRM system.
  • Develop and execute schedules for data hygiene, including duplicate cleansing, updating incomplete records, standardizing country fields, and merging address data.
  • Create and manage Marketing and Working List folders.
  • Provide training support to Legal Support Assistants, Lawyers, Marketers, and Business Developers.
  • Build complex searches to generate targeted contact lists.
  • Manage list imports and exports.
  • Develop and format Business Development reports upon request.
  • Extract, analyze, and report on data from CRM and email marketing systems to generate insights on events, client engagement, and business trends.
  • Manage unsubscribe requests in compliance with the Firm’s privacy policy.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with global data privacy regulations, staying current on requirements and best practices.
  • Ensure the integrity of critical contact lists to improve the efficiency of event and mailing communications.
  • Email Marketing (Vuture) Serve as the point person for the Vuture platform, overseeing user accounts, permissions, and system settings.
  • Partner with Marketing, Business Development, Communications, and IT to ensure effective, on-brand, and data-accurate communications.
  • Create, test, and deploy email campaigns, newsletters, and other Firm communications using Vuture templates and tools.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance through Vuture’s reporting features, tracking KPIs such as engagement rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Integrate Vuture campaigns and forms with InterAction lists, contacts, and fields to ensure accurate tracking of engagement, contact, and event data
