The Marketing Support Specialist is responsible for core administrative tasks with marketing support, focusing on organizing schedules, managing communications, handling documents and supporting the SVP, Legal Affairs & Compliance. This is a hybrid role, and you will be required to work in our corporate office located in Bradenton FL 2-3 days a week and required to go in as needed for shipping merchandise / conference set up.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support by managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining organized files.
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns by updating website and social media content, creating promotional materials, and tracking campaign timelines.
  • Support the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring accounts, responding to messages, and maintaining consistent brand messaging.
  • Coordinate marketing events, conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities, including logistics, materials, and on-site support as needed.
  • Compile and maintain marketing data, update CRM databases, prepare reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide basic analysis of campaign performance and website engagement.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors, suppliers, and business partners to ensure projects and marketing initiatives are completed efficiently.
  • Assist with ordering and shipping promotional materials, conference supplies, and company merchandise as needed.
  • Support the Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs & Compliance, with administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives and special projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information and communications.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Sanderson Firm leadership.
