About The Position

Summit Wash Holdings is a premier group of car wash brands growing throughout the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast regions. Our marketing team supports our growing portfolio of brands through operational excellence, digital presence management, and customer engagement initiatives. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Support Specialist to support our marketing team and fleet account program. This part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) is ideal for someone who enjoys managing processes, coordinating projects, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple marketing initiatives. The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting marketing systems, digital presence management, reputation management efforts, and fleet account onboarding. This position works closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to ensure projects and accounts are set up accurately and efficiently.

Nice To Haves

Experience with website content management systems is preferred.
Experience with Google Business Profile management is a plus.
Marketing, administrative, customer service, or project coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain SKUs, promotional codes, and marketing-related system entries.
Set up and manage Google Business Profiles for new and existing locations.
Monitor and assist with online reputation management, including review tracking and response coordination.
Perform routine website updates, including content changes, promotions, location information, and basic page edits.
Assist with marketing project coordination and administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records and documentation across marketing platforms and systems.
Support new location openings, promotions, and marketing initiatives as needed.
Assist with the onboarding and setup of fleet accounts, including: Lead Intake, Discovery, Agreement & Documentation, Account Setup, Internal Readiness, and Client Launch.
