About The Position
Schemmer is hiring a Marketing Support Specialist to support proposals, marketing materials, and communications for our architecture and engineering practice. You’ll collaborate with marketers and technical teams to deliver polished, on-brand content that helps grow our business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–3+ years of marketing experience (professional services a plus)
- Strong writing/editing skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with technical teams
Nice To Haves
- AEC/professional services marketing experience
- Proposal/RFP response coordination
- Event/tradeshow coordination and/or CMS/email marketing tools
Responsibilities
- Coordinate proposals/RFQs, qualifications packages, and interview presentations
- Manage schedules, deadlines, and submission requirements to ensure on-time delivery
- Create and update marketing collateral (project sheets, brochures, resumes, presentations)
- Develop content for digital channels (website, social media, email, announcements)
- Support events, sponsorships, and recruiting/community activities
- Maintain marketing files, templates, contact lists/CRM, and basic performance metrics
