About The Position

The Marketing Specialist owns day-to-day marketing execution across all of MoboTrex's operating companies. This is a hands-on, AI-native generalist role responsible for building and running campaigns in ActiveCampaign, maintaining websites in Duda for each entity, tracking inbound performance and lead flow, managing the LinkedIn social presence, and producing sales collateral for regional teams. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools daily to increase productivity and output, enabling a smaller team to manage a broad scope of responsibilities effectively.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation/email platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or equivalent).
  • Working experience with a modern CMS; Duda experience is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable with web analytics, SEO fundamentals, and reporting on channel performance.
  • Strong writing and editing skills; ability to transform a basic idea into a finished asset.
  • Demonstrable, current use of AI tools (Claude Cowork, or similar) in a professional application.
  • Self-directed; comfortable working remotely and supporting multiple business units with different audiences across several US time zones.
  • B2B experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience with demonstrated success in digital marketing, campaign execution, content development, and marketing technology platforms will be considered.
  • ITS / traffic / infrastructure / industrial distribution / DOT and contractor bidding experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, deploy, and measure email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences in ActiveCampaign across all entities.
  • Maintain segmented contact lists, suppression rules, and automation workflows; ensure data cleanliness and healthy deliverability.
  • Partner with sales on inbound lead routing, follow-up workflows, and reporting on campaign-sourced pipeline.
  • Provide general marketing support for lead-generation activities, including light backup for sales-led bid and opportunity tracking.
  • Own and maintain websites for all brands in the Duda CMS, including content updates, page builds, forms, and publishing workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies on larger site changes, redesigns, and brand transitions.
  • Ensure brand, navigation, and messaging consistency across the portfolio while respecting each entity’s positioning.
  • Manage on-page SEO and emerging AEO (answer-engine optimization) practices across all sites.
  • Track and report on web traffic, conversions, inbound form submissions, and channel performance using analytics tools.
  • Translate data into concise reports for leadership, highlighting performance, areas for improvement, and recommended changes.
  • Manage the LinkedIn social media presence, including content calendar, posting, engagement, and reporting across the portfolio.
  • Maintain a light presence on Facebook and X.
  • Source and shape content from sales, product, and leadership into professional social media posts.
  • Produce and maintain sales collateral, including datasheets, one-pagers, sell sheets, decks, case studies, and event handouts.
  • Keep templates, brand guidelines, and shared asset libraries current and user-friendly for non-marketers.
  • Drive consistent brand expression across all entities and customer touchpoints.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude) daily for drafting, editing, summarizing, analyzing, and automating routine tasks to increase productivity and quality.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency and output.
  • Share effective AI patterns and prompts to improve AI fluency across the broader team.
