Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Computer literate with excellent typing skills, 10-key preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
Experience answering phones with excellent customer service
Ability to multitask while remaining diligent

Previous Timeshare Experience
Previous High-End/Luxury Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities

Respond to guests in a timely manner and represent HGV’s Cultural Values.
Continuously self-educate yourself on the resort and location data.
Prepare & update all vital tour manifests for the Marketing Department to better manage and track wave allotments.
Track all materials, invitations, referral programs, and all gifting overages.
Prepare the Pre-Arrival tracking reports for management in order to monitor monthly Minimum Performance Standards.
Distribute leads based on Pre-Arrival performance.
