About The Position

Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw 60 Firm, is seeking a Marketing Supervisor – Operations to support the execution and advancement of the Marketing Operations function by coordinating strategic initiatives, managing operational priorities, improving processes, and ensuring effective delivery across Marketing & Business Development. This role partners with Marketing Operations leadership, technology teams, and business stakeholders to translate organizational priorities into actionable plans, scalable processes, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • 7+ years of marketing team supervision experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM integrations, legal marketing systems, email marketing, website CMS platforms, and analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, analytical, communication, training, and organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Business Development, Information Technology, and external vendors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • A strong commitment to data accuracy and operational efficiency are also required.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced knowledge of artificial intelligence and its application to marketing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Translate Marketing Operations priorities into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables that support the firm’s Marketing and Business Development objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Business Development, Information Technology, and other key stakeholders, ensuring effective project execution, management of dependencies and risks, timely follow-up, and progress against established goals.
  • Identify operational and execution barriers and recommend practical solutions to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to marketing technology configurations, process maps, platform procedures, and departmental operating practices.
  • Serve as a primary resource for internal marketing technology questions and routine support, developing user guides, training materials, and other resources to promote effective system adoption.
  • Coordinate onboarding and refresher training for Marketing and Business Development users.
  • Monitor data quality within marketing systems, and support recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc data requests.
  • Assist with approved AI-enabled workflows and productivity tools.
  • Evaluate existing processes to identify and coordinate improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, scalability, and the effective use of technology across the firm.
