The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the strategic development, optimization, and governance of the property’s marketing database to drive revenue growth and guest engagement. This role is responsible for leveraging data analytics, segmentation strategy, predictive modeling, and performance measurement to inform and enhance marketing initiatives across direct mail, digital, social media, and on-property campaigns.
