About The Position

Under general supervision, the Marketing Specialist will serve as a key internal and dealer-facing support resource, focusing on B2B execution, dealer communications, and operational marketing support. This role is highly collaborative and execution-driven, ensuring dealers and internal teams receive timely and consistent marketing support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, and/or project management, preferably in the motorcycle industry.
  • Skilled in communicating and relationship building.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of powersports industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms.
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and understand when to escalate potential issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to use tact and diplomacy; must be a team player.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within the organization.
  • Must be internal and external customer focused.
  • Ability to recognize discrepancies and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise, and diplomacy.
  • Requires ability to use judgment and reasoning skills and determine when issues need to be escalated.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in copywriting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, write, and distribute marketing bulletins, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current programs and promotions.
  • Coordinate, organize, and distribute Product, Sales, and Marketing training materials.
  • Assist in the execution and communication of Retail Sales Promotions, including updating the corporate website landing pages.
  • Oversee the Dealer Inquiry tool by providing analytics and ensuring questions are addressed and routed to the appropriate teams.
  • Act as the main marketing support contact for dealer-related amateur racing initiatives.
  • Manage dealer marketing claim submissions and fulfillment processes, communicating clearly with DSMs regarding claim status, requirements, and follow-ups.
  • Provide support on all marketing topics as needed.
