About The Position

The Marketing Specialist will support the Director of Marketing in executing firmwide marketing initiatives that strengthen the Gladstone brand and enhance the advisor experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical execution capability, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and highly process-driven, with hands-on experience across website management, design platforms, and email marketing systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring marketing execution is consistent, accurate, and aligned across all channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of marketing, digital, or campaign execution experience.
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress, including page building, formatting, and content updates.
  • Experience with page builders (Elementor, Divi or similar preferred).
  • Proficiency Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience using email marketing platforms to build and distribute campaigns.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, digital marketing platforms, and content best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Professional, proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Build, design, and maintain WordPress websites and landing pages, including layout creation, formatting adjustments, mobile responsiveness, and content updates.
  • Develop and customize marketing collateral for advisors, including brochures, presentations, event materials, digital assets, and campaign graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Execute and manage email campaigns through approved email marketing platforms, including formatting, scheduling, testing, and distribution.
  • Maintain and organize the firm’s marketing asset library, ensuring brand consistency and accessibility across advisor-facing materials.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining brand and compliance standards.
  • Support quality control by reviewing materials for accuracy, formatting, and compliance alignment prior to release.
  • Assist in managing the firm’s digital presence, including website updates, blog publishing, and social media content scheduling.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and support optimization efforts to improve visibility and performance.
  • Assist with planning and executing marketing components for firm events, webinars, and advisor programs.
