Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing & Events, the Retail Marketing Specialist acts as a key link between corporate marketing and retail execution across Birks Group’s store network. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering retail and e‑commerce marketing programs, in‑store activations, and promotional campaigns that enhance the client experience and support business goals. Serving as the main point of contact for retail marketing, the position ensures consistent brand representation, effective communication, and seamless execution, while also supporting visual merchandising, CRM initiatives, supplier coordination, budget management, and project tracking to drive efficient, results‑focused marketing execution.
