About The Position

Position Summary: The Marketing Specialist position works closely with corporate leadership, regional directors, and on-site team managers to implement marketing action plans that focus on driving traffic, renewing residents, and improving the overall customer experience. They will do this through coaching, training and monitoring of marketing initiatives and leasing performance. The Marketing Specialist will support properties in the portfolio while also assisting with corporate level initiatives. Corporate initiatives include, but are not limited to, the management of the Crown Residential social media account, content capture, reporting, and event planning. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with an eye for detail, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced working knowledge of design platforms including Adobe Creative and Canva
  • Skilled in real estate photography and videography for digital marketing and social media content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience collaborating across teams and supporting cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and consistency across marketing materials and campaigns
  • Solid understanding of business principles and marketing best practices
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure while balancing competing priorities
  • Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including campaign structure, keyword strategy, and ongoing optimization to maximize performance
  • Analyze campaign performance data and manage traffic, lead generation, and conversion goals to drive qualified traffic and improve ROI
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, templates, digital ads, and other branded materials that align with corporate standards
  • Travel to assigned communities to capture photo and video content for use in social media, digital advertising, and marketing initiatives
  • Manage and grow corporate and community social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice, engagement, and audience growth
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support lease-ups, stabilized assets, and new property acquisitions
  • Lead digital campaign strategy before, during, and after property takeovers to ensure seamless marketing transitions and performance continuity.
  • Monitor competitive properties and regional market trends; provide strategic insights and recommendations based on marketing and performance analysis
  • Host and lead marketing calls with Regional Directors and Property Directors to provide performance updates, strategic guidance, and operational support
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives
  • Maintain digital libraries of all corporate and community assets including brand guides, logos, pictures and videos
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing
