About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join the Motorola Solutions, Envysion Marketing team . The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success with supporting, developing, implementing, optimizing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including email and social. This role is responsible for managing the building, scheduling, testing, QA and deployment of email demand generation campaigns, social media engagement / postings, lead workflows and landing pages for Envysion. The Marketing Specialist will support Envysion Growth Marketing Team in executing integrated campaigns by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of email programs, social media presence, and marketing operations. This includes optimizing lead flow, maintaining CRM data integrity, and delivering actionable performance analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree with 6+ months of sales or marketing experience OR 2+ years of sales or marketing experience

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years in B2B marketing using automation software and CRMs
  • 2 years of experience in database segmentation and hygiene
  • 1–2 years managing social accounts via tools like HubSpot or Sprout Social
  • Knowledge of lead lifecycles, MQL-to-SQL handoffs, and data hygiene
  • Ability to report on social metrics alongside email performance
  • Copywriting skills for adapting email content to social platforms
  • Experience with deliverability and health monitoring tools
  • Current with digital marketing trends and funnel optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing data to provide optimization insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on best-practice email creative, copy, and templates
  • Deliver automated weekly/monthly reports on engagement metrics and conversion trends
  • Execute organic strategies, post scheduling, and engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
  • Oversee inbound lifecycles, ensuring leads are captured, scored, and routed via Salesforce
  • Audit evergreen campaigns and workflows for accuracy and performance
  • Maintain brand consistency across email, social, and landing pages
