The Marketing Specialist is an integral member of the Marketing team tasked with delivering support, coordination, and execution of the marketing vision for all Chartwell properties, including new developments and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in these areas: advertising, branding, and digital marketing. They must be an organized multitasker able to handle diverse projects at once, meet tight deadlines and deliver a high level of customer service. Day to day, they may draft reports, create, or coordinate projects, track results, build relationships with the sales team, and otherwise support all marketing initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will also play an important collaborative role with the Marketing and Communications team, including accountability for supporting occupancy results. Overall activities: Develop a solid understanding of the business and the processes employed by and related to key areas of the organization that marketing supports. Ensure marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, and project management. Key Activities: Execute marketing plans for residences in alignment with the overall corporate marketing strategy including working with internal and external partners who oversee offline and online advertising channels. Manage and deliver on business initiatives such as Collateral Material, Standardization, Signage, Photography, Videography, Suite Plans, and others in support of our residences. Coordinate with vendors and internal clients in the development of marketing imagery, video, and 3D where and when needed. Provide exceptional Customer support to General Managers, Retirement Living Consultants, and corporate partners in accessing marketing tools and systems, including onboarding, training, and support when required. Manage the intake, tracking, and end-to-end administration of marketing requests within the project management system, from initial submission through to progress tracking and timely completion in support of campaign execution and residence requests. Execute on media placements that reflect approved marketing plans and/or campaigns, coordinate and deliver assets, act as liaison with media outlets, agencies, and provides final approval. Play a key role in the coordination and planning of the key events and different individuals involved surrounding the launch of a new project and in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager. Work closely with the Marketing Managers and Real Estate Team in a coordinated effort to support the acquisition and development process of new properties at Chartwell to ensure marketing standardization items are all compliant with the established timeline of the project.
