About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 5+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of generating high-volume leads, managing digital marketing initiatives, and building brand awareness. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing our social media presence, optimizing campaigns through HubSpot, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a lead generation-focused environment.
  • Extensive experience using HubSpot for CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, reporting, and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of high-volume lead generation strategies and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms for a business, including content planning, publishing, and engagement.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of projects.

Nice To Haves

  • HubSpot Certification (Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing, or related certifications).
  • Experience in the home services industry is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, paid digital advertising, and content management systems.
  • Graphic design or video editing experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support lead generation and business growth.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation, email campaigns, workflows, and reporting within HubSpot.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across all company social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, landing pages, lead nurturing, and content marketing.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stay current with marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Assist with branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing activities as required.
