About The Position

PDQ Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Specialist to support the execution of company-wide marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in bringing PDQ’s mission and brand to life through digital marketing, content creation, trade show coordination, CRM management, and sales support. The Marketing Specialist will help implement comprehensive marketing plans across multiple channels— including website, social media, email campaigns, print materials, photography, and video—to strengthen brand awareness and support business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience using Canva and other design tools for content creation.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, web content management, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM/CMS is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending, squatting, walking, and sitting at a desk/working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds at times.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and maintain marketing materials including brochures, flyers, catalogs, newsletters, testimonials, presentations, and online content.
  • Develop artwork and copy for campaigns across digital and print platforms.
  • Write and publish blog posts and assist with email marketing campaigns.
  • Generate creative video content ideas; assist with shooting and editing videos for social media, YouTube, and the company website.
  • Photograph products, events, and trade shows; organize and maintain the company image library.
  • Assist with PPC and digital advertising initiatives on platforms such as Google and LinkedIn.
  • Support website content updates and ongoing maintenance.
  • Manage and maintain PDQ’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Monitor active marketing programs and recommend improvements to campaigns.
  • Help shape and maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and contacts.
  • Manage customer databases, including trade show and marketing-generated leads.
  • Distribute press releases and mass communications as needed.
  • Assist outside sales representatives with marketing and sales materials.
  • Track, organize, and distribute sales literature, samples, and displays.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials and coordinate replenishment.
  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and logistics of trade shows, training events, and customer programs.
  • Coordinate the preparation, shipment, and return of trade show materials.
  • Assist in designing product displays, trade show booths, and marketing prototypes.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to support business objectives.
  • Present a professional and positive image of PDQ in all internal and external communications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
