About The Position

Regpack is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to contribute to marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand and connect with potential customers. This fully remote role is suited to someone with marketing experience who wants to grow in a SaaS environment. The successful candidate will be organized, creative, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams.

Regpack is an online registration and payment management platform that helps organizations simplify registration, payments, reporting, and customer management. Its remote team collaborates across departments to build solutions that make complex processes easier for clients.

Requirements

• Entry-level to mid-level marketing experience.
• Educational or professional background in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort creating content for digital and social media platforms.
• Organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO, analytics, or paid advertising.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B marketing; not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels.
• Create and edit marketing content, including social media posts, emails, blog content, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Support lead-generation and brand-awareness initiatives.
• Help manage Regpack’s social media presence and community engagement.
• Assist with SEO, digital advertising, and other online marketing efforts.
• Track campaign performance and help analyze marketing metrics.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other internal teams on marketing initiatives.
• Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and communications.
