This is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Office in West Chester, PA for $80,000-$85,000 annually. The incumbent will report to the office one a week (Thursday). Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist is a key contributor to the Marketing and Communications team, supporting the execution of integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and advance organizational goals. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Marketing and Communications, this role serves as the operational and creative backbone needed to ensure that various marketing initiatives run smoothly and effectively - helping campaigns move from concept to completion through strong copywriting, campaign coordination, and cross functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is highly organized with a sharp eye for detail.
