Requirements
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
Nice To Haves
- College degree preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Prompt EMR a plus
- Familiarity with the basics of SEO a bonus but not required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite a bonus but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Support Department in the development/implementation/maintenance of the company’s brand and branding strategies
- Display excellent customer service skills to both external and internal customers
- Maintain company website
- Maintain the online scheduling platform integrated into the website
- Maintain all Google Business Pages for the company
- SEO tracking using Google Analytics
- Contribute to developing patient engagement marketing flows and campaigns in Prompt Plus using a variety of drip marketing option
- Participate in the development of an online platform for clinics to purchase supplies and patients to purchase additional rehab products for their treatment journey
- Assist with preparation for internal meetings and external events, conferences, trade shows as well as providing technical set up and support
- Maintain a solid level of productivity
- Continue to further knowledge and education; share ideas and best practices with Marketing Support Team
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials along with coordination of new materials as needed
- Contribute to and create content for our social media channels
- The Marketing Online Presence Coordinator reports to the Marketing Director and performs any additional tasks assigned as part of the Marketing Team
- Flexibility and sense of humor are needed to balance the variety and volume of work
