About The Position

KELTEC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support a wide range of marketing, product information, and business initiatives across the organization. This role sits within the Marketing department and works closely with Product Management to ensure our product information, marketing content, and customer-facing materials are accurate, organized, and effective. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and naturally curious, with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. This person is highly organized, identifies gaps, asks questions, solves problems without waiting to be asked, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team and business objectives. This position will play a key role in managing product data, creating written marketing content, coordinating trade shows and events, and supporting various marketing, operational, and administrative initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing support, product data management, administrative coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured data accurately
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to jump in where needed
  • Proactive problem-solver who can identify issues, ask questions, and take ownership of solutions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP, PIM, or CRM systems (NetSuite, Pimcore, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Familiarity with product data structures and catalog management
  • Experience creating written marketing or product-related content (website copy, product pages, email campaigns, social media, etc.)
  • Experience coordinating events or trade shows

Responsibilities

  • Own the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information across systems and business channels
  • Gather, organize, and maintain product specifications, features, technical data, and supporting documentation
  • Identify and resolve missing, inconsistent, or incorrect product data
  • Maintain and update product information within ERP, PIM, CRM, and other internal systems
  • Build and maintain OEM and competitor cross-reference data
  • Support product launches by ensuring all required data, assets, and documentation are complete and launch-ready
  • Perform ongoing data audits and quality checks to eliminate errors, duplicates, and gaps
  • Create and refine written content for websites, email campaigns, product literature, social media, and other marketing materials
  • Translate technical product information into clear, customer-facing messaging
  • Support marketing campaigns and initiatives by ensuring content is accurate, organized, and aligned with brand standards
  • Assist with managing and organizing digital assets, including product images, PDFs, and marketing collateral
  • Capture product photography and support visual content initiatives as needed
  • Assist with planning and coordinating trade shows and internal company events as needed
  • Coordinate logistics including vendor communication, promotional materials, giveaways, shipping, food vendors, and event setup
  • Support miscellaneous marketing and team initiatives as business needs arise
  • Assist with various cross-functional projects and operational tasks
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational efficiency
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and follow through to completion
