About The Position

The Marketing Specialist position supports the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and the day-to-day management of marketing automation systems. This role focuses on campaign deployment, coordination, and operational support to drive awareness and engagement across FS-ISAC’s programs, events, and member initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three plus years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, and/or campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with (preferred) or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Experience supporting email marketing and digital campaign execution.
  • Exposure to marketing data, reporting, or analytics tool.
  • Strong attention to detail and execution accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Project coordination and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret basic performance data.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain campaigns within HubSpot including email builds, workflows, lists, and basic segmentation.
  • Support data synchronization and campaign tracking between Salesforce and HubSpot, including routine data checks and issue escalation.
  • Perform list management, data cleanup, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy of member and prospect data.
  • Follow established processes for campaign setup, naming conventions, and tracking.
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, and event channels.
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and assets with internal stakeholders.
  • Build and deploy emails, landing pages, and forms using established templates and guidelines.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency prior to launch.
  • Assist in executing lifecycle campaigns such as onboarding, event promotion, and member engagement initiatives.
  • Support audience segmentation and list pulls based on defined criteria.
  • Monitor basic engagement metrics (opens, clicks, registrations) and flag performance trends.
  • Partner with program teams, regional leads, and marketing colleagues to gather campaign inputs and requirements.
  • Track and follow up on campaign deliverables to ensure timelines are met.
  • Support alignment of messaging and execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the centralized marketing production calendar, including campaigns, events, and communications.
  • Help coordinate scheduling to avoid conflicts and ensure visibility across teams.
  • Support intake and tracking of campaign requests.
  • Generate standard campaign performance reports and dashboards.
  • Track key metrics and provide summaries to marketing leadership.
  • Maintain documentation of campaign results and benchmarks for future reference.
