Monterra Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their Marketing Team. This role supports growth across the Credit Union’s core products and services, including credit and debit cards, membership, auto and mortgage lending, and other offerings. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Product Marketing Lead to execute marketing initiatives that drive adoption and usage of digital products and services, as well as overall product adoption. The position leverages campaigns and channels that support card acquisition and utilization, digital engagement, and new member growth, ensuring the effective and timely execution of marketing tactics through automated platforms such as Visa Campaign Solutions, SMS/text automation, the website content management system, and other communication channels. The goal is to increase product penetration, member engagement, and overall usage of Monterra Credit Union’s products and services.
