Marketing Specialist (On-Site)
About The Position
AllSouth Federal Credit Union is searching for a Marketing Specialist to join their marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will coordinate the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and member communications across multiple channels. The role is responsible for developing engaging content, supporting brand and marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities to improve member engagement and campaign effectiveness. This person will work collaboratively and proactively to ensure marketing efforts are accomplishing AllSouth’s goals. This job requires good people skills, strong writing skills, technical marketing skills, excellent time management and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Two (2) years of experience in a professional marketing, public relations, advertising, or graphic design position, preferably in a financial institution.
- Experience with email marketing.
- Experience with social media marketing.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Careful attention to detail.
- Problem solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Well-organized self-starter.
Responsibilities
- Works with internal marketing team and external partners to develop engaging content, campaigns, and member education materials.
- Coordinates and executes marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, print, web, email, social media, and other member communication platforms.
- Tracks, analyzes, and reports on campaign performance, providing recommendations to improve engagement and results.
- Write and edit marketing communications that are accurate, engaging, on-brand, and tailored to target audiences.
- Assists with developing interactive media, including video and animations, for member education and engagement.
